Team Information and Audition Dates
Sudden Impact is StarMakers award-winning competition clogging team. Sudden Impact consists of the Dolls (pre-teen), Divas (teen), Dazzlers (Junior), and Diamonds (Senior) teams. SMDC Jazz is in its 4th year at Starmakers. Over the last four years, the SMDC Jazz team has achieved Platinum and Top 5 Overall awards at various local and regional competitions. If you would like to audition for our Jazz team, please contact us.

Sudden’ly Irish is StarMakers Irish step/clogging team. Members are selected from the Sudden Impact Clogging teams and compete and perform throughout the Southeast. In 2000, the Sudden’ly Irish team performed in a featured spot on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
SMDC All Starz is the StarMakers Competition Cheerleading team. The All Starz are beginning their second year in competition. They will be competing locally and regionally over the next season.

Senior and Junior Starz are StarMakers performance teams. They travel to all local performances with the competition teams. Audition Workshops for Performance Teams are at the same time as Competition Workshops (example, Clog Performance would attend the Sudden Impact Workshop)
